Individual memberships are open to any individual wanting to support the mission of the Coalition.  Individual memberships receive the following benefits:

• Access to Member Only Content (Web Site Login)
• Access to Member Only Newsletters
• Ability to Submit Stories and Calendar Entries
• Discounted Rates to Mississippi Recycling Coalition Events and Conferences
• Ability to vote at the MRC Annual Business Meeting
   

Individual memberships are not listed in the online membership directory; if you are interested in having your name displayed in the online membership directory, you must join at the Small Business membership level or higher.

Institution memberships are open to public school systems, colleges, universities, community colleges, private schools, trade schools, and medical facilities. Institution members receive all of the benefits of an Individual membership, plus:

• Access to Institution submember message boards (schools, college & university, and others) to discuss recycling and waste reduction programs, what works and what doesn't, etc.
• Access to and listed in the MRC Membership Directory.
• Up to 3 Associate memberships to MRC (coupon code will be provided after payment received).

Government memberships are open to all local, county, state, and federal governments and governmental intities not included under the Institutional membership. Government membership benefits are the same as an Individual membership plus the following:

• Access to and listed in MRC Membership Directory.
• Up to 3 Associate memberships to MRC (coupon code will be provided after payment received).
   

This category is not meant to include multi-government organizations such as solid waste authorities, utility authorities, and the like which are more appropriate to Small or Large Business memberships.

Non-Profit memberships are open to all non-profit organizations except those that may fall under another, more appropriate, category such as Institution or Trade Organization.  Non-profit memberships receive the same benefits as an Individual membership plus:

• Access to and listed in the MRC Membership Directory.
• Up to 3 Associate memberships to MRC (coupon code will be provided after payment received).

Small Business memberships are open to any commercial or industrial business that has less than 25 employees.  Small Business members receive the same benefits as an Individual member plus:

• Access to and listed in the MRC Membership Directory.
• Up to 3 Associate memberships to MRC (coupon code will be provided after payment received).

Large Business memberships are open to commercial or industrial businesses with 25 or more employees.  Large Business members receive the same benefits as an Individual membership plus:

• Access to and listed in the MRC Membership Directory.
• Up to 3 Associate memberships to MRC (coupon code will be provided after payment received).

Trade Organization memberships are open to any trade association.  Trade Organization members receive all of the benefits of an Individual membership plus:

• Access to and listed in the MRC Membership Directory.
• Up to 3 Associate memberships to MRC (coupon code will be provided after payment received).

Bronze Sponsors are regular memberships (Individual and up) that have chosen to donate an additional amount above and beyond the regular membership fee.  Bronze Sponsors receive the same benefits as their base membership level plus:

• Logo and link to website on tertiary web pages (Links, Archived News, and others yet to be determined).
• Mention on newsletters as a Bronze sponsor without logo or website linking.
• Mention on MRC publications as a Bronze sponsor without logo.
• Up to 10 Associate memberships to MRC (coupon code will be provided after payment received).

Silver Sponsors are regular memberships (Individual and up) that have chosen to donate an additional amount above and beyond the regular membership fee.  Silver Sponsors receive the same benefits as their base membership level plus:

• Logo and link to website on secondary (News, Photos, and others yet to be determined) and tertiary web pages (Links, Archived News, and others yet to be determined) on a rotating basis.
• Mention on newsletters as a Silver sponsor with logo and website linking.
• Mention on MRC publications as a Silver sponsor with logo.
• Up to 10 Associate memberships to MRC (coupon code will be provided after payment received).
